Summary

This release introduces a comprehensive Analytics Dashboard for data-driven recruitment insights and enhanced transcript analysis with automatic candidate evaluation. The Analytics Dashboard provides real-time metrics across three focused views: Overview, Pipeline, and Interviews. Additionally, the transcript upload feature has been redesigned to automatically analyze and populate all evaluation fields with AI-calculated scores. New job creation fields have been added for better job tracking and organization.

Enhanced Transcript Upload with AI Analysis

Automatic Evaluation from Interview Transcripts

The transcript upload feature has been enhanced and moved to a prominent position at the top of the evaluation interface. Uploading a transcript now automatically triggers comprehensive AI analysis that populates all evaluation fields and calculates scores instantly.

How It Works:

1. Navigate to candidate evaluation or interview details

2. Click "Upload Transcript" at the top of the form

3. Select the interview transcript file

4. AI automatically analyzes the content

5. All evaluation fields populate with AI-generated insights

6. Score is calculated using existing evaluation criteria

7. Review the auto-populated data

8. Optionally edit any field or adjust scores manually

9. Save the evaluation

New Job Creation Fields

Enhanced Job Record Management

Three new fields have been added to the job creation form to improve job tracking, organization, and hiring capacity management.

New Fields:

  • Serial Number: A unique identifier for the job record. This field allows organizations to maintain their own internal job numbering system for easy reference and tracking across HR systems.
  • Number of Positions: A numeric field specifying how many positions are available for the job. This helps recruiters track hiring capacity and manage multiple openings for the same role.
  • Department: A select (dropdown) field allowing users to pick the department relevant to the job. Includes an "Other" option that accepts custom entry for departments not in the predefined list.

Hide AI Assessment Review for Jobs Without Assessment

Cleaner Job Details Interface

The AI assessment review section is now conditionally displayed based on whether the job has an assessment configured. Jobs without assessment no longer show the empty or irrelevant assessment review panel, resulting in a cleaner and more focused job details page.

  • Assessment review section only appears for jobs with assessment enabled
  • Jobs without assessment display a streamlined interface

Skip Email Trigger Execution When No Active Jobs

Optimized Email Processing

The email application processing trigger now checks for active posted jobs before executing. If no jobs are currently posted and active, the trigger skips execution entirely, saving resources and preventing unnecessary processing.

What Changed:

  • System checks for posted jobs count before triggering email parsing
  • Trigger execution is skipped when posted jobs count is zero
  • Reduces unnecessary API calls and processing overhead
  • Prevents false positives when no jobs are accepting applications

Bug Fixes

Fixed Gmail Trigger Not Deactivating After Disconnect

Proper Trigger Cleanup on Gmail Disconnection

Previously, when users disconnected their Gmail integration, the email trigger remained active in Composio, causing potential issues with orphaned triggers. This has been fixed to properly remove the trigger from Composio when Gmail is disconnected.

What Was Fixed:

  • Gmail trigger is now properly deactivated when disconnecting Gmail
  • Composio trigger is removed along with the Gmail disconnection
  • No orphaned triggers remain after disconnection
  • Clean state maintained for future reconnections

Impact:

  • Prevents orphaned triggers in Composio
  • Ensures clean disconnection process
  • Avoids potential conflicts on reconnection
  • Proper resource cleanup

Fixed Interview List "All" Tab Not Opening

Interview List Navigation Restored

The "All" tab in the interview list page was not functioning correctly, preventing users from viewing all interviews. This issue has been resolved, and the All tab now opens and displays all interviews as expected.

What Was Fixed:

  • "All" tab now properly loads and displays interviews
  • Tab navigation works correctly across all interview tabs
  • Interview list renders without errors
