This release introduces Fireflies.ai integration for automated interview transcription and AI-powered candidate evaluation. When scheduling interviews, recruiters can enable AI transcription with a single checkbox. After the interview concludes, the system automatically fetches the transcript, performs AI-based evaluation scoring, and displays results in both the job application and interview details.

Automated Interview Transcription

Enable AI-powered transcription when scheduling interviews. A new checkbox option allows recruiters to automatically add Fireflies AI to the meeting for real-time transcription.

How It Works:

1. Navigate to Schedule New Interview

2. Fill in interview details (date, time, duration, timezone)

3. "Add AI to Interview" checkbox is enabled by default

4. Optionally uncheck if transcription is not needed

5. Complete scheduling - AI bot will join the meeting automatically

Post-Interview Transcript Processing

After the interview concludes, the system automatically fetches the transcript from Fireflies.ai via webhook and stores it for review and evaluation.

Automatic Candidate Assessment with Hiring Grade

After the transcript is retrieved, the system automatically performs AI-powered evaluation of the candidate's interview performance, calculates a hiring grade, and updates scores in the job application.
