Summary

This release introduces a comprehensive manual interview module for complete control over your interview process. You can schedule interviews with customizable settings, send calendar invitations to candidates and interviewers, and complete interviews with detailed evaluation scoring.

How It Works:

New field in job creation form to specify interview type, with manual as the default.

How It Works:

1. Create a new job

2. In the job form, locate "Interview Type" field

3. Select either:

- Manual: Recruiters schedule and conduct interviews manually

- Automated: System handles scheduling automatically

4. Default is set to Manual

5. Save job with selected interview type

How It Works:

1. Navigate to a specific job's details page

2. View "Suggested Candidates" panel on the right side

3. System shows candidates with CV score > job threshold

4. See last updated timestamp for freshness

5. Click refresh button to update suggestions

6. Click "Select" to open selection mode

7. Check boxes for candidates you want to add

8. Click "Add to Hiring" to add selected candidates
