Integration Workflows
Setting up video interviews in Taqat AI ATS is simple and streamlined. Follow these steps to enable automated interview scheduling for your candidates:
Before you can use video interviews, you need to connect your video conferencing platform:
1. Go to Settings → Connections
2. Connect your preferred platform:
- Google Meet: Click "Connect Google Meet" and authorize access to your Google account
- Microsoft Teams: Click "Connect Microsoft Teams" and authorize access to your Microsoft account
3. Verify connection status: Ensure the connection shows as "Active"
1. Navigate to Settings → Interview Configuration
2. Select your default meeting link type:
- Text: Manual interview link (you provide the link)
- Google Meet: Automatically generate Google Meet links
- Microsoft Teams: Automatically generate Teams meeting links
3. Save your preferences
1. Create a new job posting with all required details
2. Ensure the job is published and accepting applications
When a candidate applies for a job, the system automatically:
1. Receives the application and processes the candidate's profile
2. Evaluates the candidate using AI-powered screening
3. For selected candidates:
- Automatically generates a video interview link (Google Meet or Teams based on your settings)
- Sends an email invitation to the candidate with the meeting link
- Schedules the interview in your connected calendar
4. For non-selected candidates:
- Sends a standard response or moves to next stage based on your workflow
1. Join the meeting using the link in your calendar or from the candidate's profile in the ATS
2. The AI assistant can optionally join the meeting (if Joinly is enabled) to:
- Take notes automatically
- Ask predefined interview questions
- Provide real-time transcription
3. After the interview:
- AI analyzes the candidate's performance
- Generates automated scoring and recommendations
- Provides a detailed evaluation report
